Whether you're looking to sharpen your striking, build endurance, or explore the rich traditions of Southeast Asian martial arts, our XTMA schedule has something for everyone. We offer a full week of in-person and virtual classes, open to all levels and focused on specific disciplines to help you grow with clarity and purpose.

Choose from a diverse range of classes including:
FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) – Learn the dynamic weapons and empty-hand techniques rooted in Filipino tradition.
Muay Thai – Train the “Art of Eight Limbs” to develop powerful strikes and clinch work.
Boxing – Build speed, coordination, and stamina through classic Western boxing.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) – Develop grappling, submissions, and ground control in a skill-focused environment.
Kickboxing/Cardio – High-energy sessions combining striking techniques and fitness conditioning.
Cardio Training – Non-combat, fitness-focused classes to improve endurance and strength.
Kids Program – A structured program designed to build focus, confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in young martial artists.
